David Hall has spent his 40-year global career as a construction consultant, building/construction inspector, and quantity surveyor, providing his professional advice on the condition, quality, and value of new and existing residential buildings.

 

A Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), Hall serves as an Assessor in evaluating the credentials and competency of real estate professionals seeking membership to the RICS and also is a Board Member of RICS Americas Midwest Chapter. As such, he is uniquely qualified to serve as Executive Director of schaep. This consortium of veteran real estate brokers and appraisers train and certify individuals who share a common interest in upholding the standards employed when completing association inspections.

 

Hall holds public office as a Trustee of the Village of Trout Valley, Illinois. Hall also volunteers his time and experience as President of Rugby Illinois, is a board member of The Land Conservancy of McHenry County and treasurer of the Lake Zurich Golf Club.
